Sometimes parcels are returned to us as undeliverable. Here’s what that can mean and what to do next.
Why a Package May Be Returned
- Incorrect or outdated address. Couriers may hold a package for a period (varies by carrier) and then send it back. Please double-check your address at checkout.
- Wrong address after shipment. If your order already shipped with an incorrect address, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can assess whether a replacement is possible. Note: this isn’t guaranteed—all sales are final and refunds can’t be issued.
-
Wrong address before shipment. If you contacted us before the order left our facility, submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can determine the best way to resolve it.
- Minor typo (e.g., “Loa Angeles, CA 90210”): your local post office may still locate the correct address—please reach out to them.
- If the street name, ZIP code, and/or city are wrong, we’ll contact your local post office to request corrections. If that’s no longer possible, we’ll send a replacement.
- Address format not recognized by our system, or the shipment was assigned to a carrier that can’t deliver to that address.
- Restricted destination (e.g., prison or correctional facility) where delivery and/or products may be limited.
- Delivery attempts failed. Most carriers try more than once; if unsuccessful, they return the package.
- Delivery refused by the recipient (for example, a gift recipient who wasn’t expecting a parcel).
Can We Reship the Same Order?
We’re unable to re-ship orders returned as undeliverable for the reasons listed above, except for clause 1.1.3 noted earlier. If you still want the item(s), please place a new order on our website.
