Visit our Order Tracking Page. You can view your status using either of these two options:
- Option A: Enter your Order Number (found in your confirmation email) and your Email or Phone Number.
- Option B: Simply enter your Tracking Number.
Once filled out, click the "TRACK" button to see the latest updates on your package.
Note: If Step 1 is not working or the information is not appearing, please proceed to Step 2 below.
Understanding your Tracking Results:
- Tracking Progress Bar: Shows the current stage of your order, from "Ordered" to "Delivered."
- Live Map: Provides a visual update of your package's current location during transit.
- Carrier Information: Shows the international carrier and the Last-mile Carrier (such as USPS) responsible for the final delivery to your door.
- Estimated Delivery Date: Gives you the expected window for when your order will arrive.

You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information. -
Identify your Local Tracking Number
Depending on the shipping method you chose, it's possible that the tracking information might not be visible immediately.- If your local post office has assigned a local tracking number for your parcel, use that new number to track the status. Check the photo below to help identify it:
