Wrong Item Received
- An incorrect item means you received something entirely different from what’s shown on our website.
- Will be replaced: You ordered a dress but received a pair of shoes.
- Will be replaced: You ordered lipstick but received mascara.
- Will NOT be replaced: You ordered a weighted plushie but feel it isn’t weighted. We work hard to provide comprehensive product details to help you decide before purchasing.
- Will NOT be replaced: You ordered a jacket in size Large but believe you received a Small. Our listings are designed to be thorough so you can choose the right size prior to checkout.
- We will create a replacement order using the same shipping speed as your original.
- Please send three photos of the item from different angles to help us process your replacement quickly.
- If a replacement is issued, you do not need to return the incorrect item.
Order Not Received After 30 Days
- Orders not received after 30 days (excluding those marked delivered on the carrier’s website, such as USPS or Canada Post) are eligible for a free replacement.
- The replacement will ship with the same speed as the original.
- If your tracking status shows “delivered,” please contact your local post office. See this list of common carriers.
