Per our Terms of Service, each order is treated as a separate transaction, which means a shipping fee applies to every order. When you accepted an upsell offer, it generated a new order with its own shipping charge.
Shipping fees are not included in discounted or upsell items purchased after your initial order (see the “Shipping & Handling Fees for Discounted Items” section of our Terms of Service). These charges are billed separately and must be paid in addition to the product price because shipping/handling is calculated independently—typically by weight, size, and destination. Bundling these costs into a discounted offer would increase the overall price of the order.
