Possible Causes of a Delay
1) Incomplete or Incorrect Address

- If the address on the Order Confirmation is wrong, we’re unable to modify it after the order is placed. Please contact your local post office to request a correction. You can find details in our Carrier Contact Information.
2) Severe Weather
Storms, tsunamis, tornadoes, snow, heat waves, and other extreme conditions can slow deliveries. Couriers face the same constraints during bad weather, so updates may lag until conditions improve. If your local post office reports inclement weather, your package may arrive later than usual. We appreciate your understanding.
3) Customs Processing (International)
If customs in your country is holding the parcel for clearance, please allow them time to complete the process before the package is released for final delivery.
