If tracking shows Delivered but the parcel hasn’t turned up, try these checks before reaching out.
1) Look Around and Ask Nearby
Carriers sometimes leave packages in discreet spots. Check your porch, mailbox, garage, side/rear doors, under/behind outdoor items, or with neighbors/building staff. Some carriers deliver as late as 10 PM. For direct contact details, see our Carrier Contact Information.
2) Confirm Your Shipping Address & Search Thoroughly
If the address on your order confirmation is correct:
- Look for a delivery-attempt notice or a postcard from your local post office.
- Re-check the delivery area for the parcel.
- Ask if someone at your residence accepted it (only if it’s safe to do so).
- Check your mailbox or other mail-drop spots—some packages pass through multiple carriers.
- Specific places to look:
- Porch
- Garage
- Exterior doors and any out-of-sight areas (under a mat or near a back entrance)
- Building front desk, reception, or receiving area
- Please allow up to five business days—in rare cases, a package can be marked delivered a few days before it arrives.
- If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery and we’ll help.
3) Important Note About Local Post Offices
Once your parcel is handed off to your local post office, it is managed by that separate carrier, and we rely on the delivery information posted on their site. Please call your local post office for assistance. See our Carrier Contact Information.
