Quick start (using your coverage):
- Take a clear photo or short video of the item.
- Go to our Contact Form page, submit a request, and select Lifetime Warranty as the category.
- Attach the photo or video.
- If your replacement is approved, we’ll update you within 48 hours.
What the Coverage Means
- Buying an item with Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance adds peace of mind. If the product doesn’t perform as expected during its lifetime and you purchased this coverage, we may replace the item (item cost only; shipping fees are excluded).
- Misuse, normal wear & tear, and product discontinuation make the warranty invalid.
- “Lifetime” means the period while the product remains in production.
- The program may be canceled at any time without prior notice.
