Eligibility window:
- Items that arrive damaged, items that are incorrect, or orders not received after 30 days (excluding shipments that show as delivered on the carrier’s site, e.g., USPS or Canada Post) qualify for a free replacement within 7 business days.
- If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, we’re unable to offer a replacement.
- All sales are final. For defective/incorrect items, or orders not received after 30 days (excluding those marked delivered), we issue a replacement instead of a refund.
Damaged Item
- We’ll create a replacement order using the same shipping speed as your original.
- Please send three photos of the received item from different angles so we can expedite processing.
- If a replacement is approved, you don’t need to return the damaged item.
Incorrect Item
An incorrect item means you received something entirely different from what appears on our website.

Will be replaced:
- You ordered a dress and received shoes.
- You ordered lipstick and received mascara.

Will NOT be replaced:
- You ordered a weighted plushie but feel it isn’t weighted. We work hard to provide thorough product details to help you decide before purchasing.
- You ordered a jacket in size Large but believe you received a Small. Our product pages are designed to help inform sizing choices prior to checkout.
If a replacement is issued:
- A new order will be created with the same shipping speed as your original.
- Send three photos taken from multiple angles to speed things up.
- You don’t need to return the incorrect item.
Items Not Received After 30 Days
- Orders not received after 30 days (excluding those shown as delivered by the carrier) are eligible for a free replacement.
- The replacement ships with the same speed as the original.
