- As a small business, we aim to process purchases immediately so you receive items promptly.
- Because of the costs involved, we’re unable to cancel, refund, or accept returns once payment is completed and an order number is generated. At that point, the order is already sent to our Fulfillment Center for processing and packing, so cancellation is no longer possible.
