05 — Do Not Honor
The issuer declined the charge without a specific reason. Please contact your bank. -
07 — Pick Up Card (Special Condition)
The card is flagged as lost or stolen. Reach out to your bank immediately. -
12 — Invalid Transaction
The attempt was rejected due to an invalid entry or how the card was used. Your bank can clarify. -
41 — Lost Card, Pick Up (Fraudulent)
Marked as lost and shouldn’t be used. Contact the issuer to resolve. -
43 — Stolen Card, Pick Up (Fraudulent)
Reported stolen. Your bank will need to assist. -
51 — Insufficient Funds
Not enough available balance. Add funds or consult your bank about options. -
54 — Expired Card
The card has expired. Request a new card from your bank. -
57 — Transaction Not Permitted to Cardholder
This type of purchase is restricted for your card. Ask your bank for details. -
62 — Restricted Card
The card has regional or merchant limitations. Call your bank to confirm. -
65 — Activity Limit Exceeded
You’ve hit a daily or per-transaction limit. Your bank may adjust it. -
91 — Issuer or Switch Inoperative
Temporary problem with the issuer or network. Your bank can confirm the outage. -
93 — Transaction Cannot Be Completed (Violation of Law)
Blocked for legal/regulatory reasons. Check with your bank. -
N7 — CVV2 Failure
Security check (CVV) didn’t match. Verify details with your bank. -
R0 / R1 — Stop Payment Order
The bank blocked the charge at the cardholder’s request. Confirm with your bank.
